Three Sisters. One Goal.

Sally played on the school netball team, run and high-jumped into the athletics squad, taken part in tennis camps, Sally eventually settled into hockey as her sport of choice making it it into East of England Academy.

After achieving a First Class Maths Degree at Bath University, Sally embarked upon an 8 year career in the city working for Goldman Sachs on one of the highly pressurized trading desks.

Deciding to take a break from the city to have her children Sally relocated back to Essex with her husband and two daughters. With a particular interest to see her daughter pick up a hockey stick, she decided to found a multi-discipline sports class so that they could together explore a variety of sports and let her daughter discover her own sporting passion.

Sally heads up the administration, promotion and behind the scenes running of Activitots, but is always willing and keen to run and join in classes.

Sarah has been sporty since she was 5. Her career at Chelmsford Hockey Club meant she played for her county and the East of England. She was also a keen netball player and a strong athlete.

Sarah has extensive experience teaching PE lessons in primary and secondary schools and has run school holiday sports clubs for Chelmsford City Council and Maldon District Council.

Sarah joined the Health Improvement Team, specialising in children weight management for NHS Mid Essex, where she project managed national MEND (mind, exercise, nutrition, do it) (7-13yrs) and Mini MEND (2-4yrs) programmes locally.

Sophie is our all rounder, she has captained netball, hockey, rounders and athletics teams. The youngest of the sisters, she certainly developed a competitive streak.

Having worked in the city since she was 17, Sophie has worked in a variety of industries including media, recruitment and investment banking. She has supported CEOs of global businesses, co-ordinated offices, and managed teams of assistants.
