Football Rules

1. Wear the Bubble Properly:
   • straps and handles must be securely fastened
   • Enter & exit bubbles with coach help
2. Wear protective clothing
   • long trousers
   • gloves
3. No Contact from Behind
   • Always hit from the front or side — no tackling from behind
4. No Dangerous Play:
   • No charging at a player who is on the ground, trying to get up, or unaware.
   • No hitting players without the ball or outside the active play area.
5. Stay on Your Feet:
   • Try to avoid unnecessary rolling or excessive bouncing.
6. No Jewellery or Sharp Objects:
   • Remove anything that could puncture the bubble or injure someone.
7. Listen to the Coach:
   • Follow instructions of coaches at all time
   • Stop play immediately if told.
   • Failure to follow rules will result in removal from the game
8. Respect Opponents:
   • Bubble bumps are fun — but stay friendly and fair
9. Help Players Up:
   • If someone falls and you’re nearby, help them up
